DPC restores the patient-physician relationship by removing the barriers created by insurance. It offers personalized, proactive care in a more relaxed and responsive environment, which can lead to better health outcomes and higher patient satisfaction. DPC physicians can focus entirely on their patients without the pressure to meet quotas or perform unnecessary procedures to satisfy insurance requirements. The goal is to foster a deep, ongoing relationship that enhances overall health and well-being.
While DPC covers a broad spectrum of primary care needs—estimated to meet 80-90% of a person's healthcare requirements—it is often recommended that patients maintain a high-deductible insurance plan or a Healthshare plan for more complex, specialty care and catastrophic events. This combination can lead to significant savings on healthcare costs, typically around 20-30% on average.

If specialized care is needed, we can help you find the right provider and work closely with them to integrate any recommended treatments into your overall health plan. We recognize that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected, and together, we can explore behavioral strategies, medications, and other approaches to improve your overall well-being.
