1 / Why pay for a subscription if I already have insurance?

You'll go from a sporadic (and hard to get) opinion to a full-time partner committed to your health. And you will end up saving money in the long term (with prevention and by catching issues early), but also in the short run the first times you skip an urgent care or the ER. Savings in time and stress will also be significant.

2 / How fast do you respond on WhatsApp?

Fur urgent issues you can call and Dr. Nevett will answer, but for most issues we ask that you text and she will get back to you according to the urgency.

3 / What if I need a specialist or ER?

Dr. Nevett coordinates referrals, and consider what your insurance will cover, and when ER is necessary, we will support every step of the way. Our patients typically don't need to go an Urgent Care again.

4 / Is WhatsApp private enough for medical info?

We use WhatsApp for coordination. Sensitive clinical details stay in secure medical channels or in-person.
